This weekend I’ve had some nice rides. Saturday I did 100km in 3 hrs. and felt like I’d ridden only 10 miles. Felt no fatigue after the ride, which is pretty amazing for me. Today (Sunday) I did 49km and had an average speed of 32.3kph (20mph), with a respiration of only 17 (that’s breaths-per-minute). That’s not too common for me and it tells me that fitness is returning.
